Acquire new download user and minimise cost per app install

Challenge

Client would like to increase app install volume in order to acquire more potential target and maximise monthly active user to consume content in application.

Solution

Content has always been the key selling point of Trueid. Leveraging the large variety of content that we have, we constantly optimise the best audience for each of the content that we have. We can segment potential audiences in great detail and target them with potential content of their interest. Furthermore, we also retargeted potential customers from their intent shown throughout our communication journey to further drive install. We also optimised campaigns between IOS and AOS to find the right target to convert on different platforms effectively.
Since our goal is to minimise cost per app install, we balanced the spending ratio between awareness & conversion campaigns in order to maintain the highest number of install possible.
