MAR TECH DEVELOPER (Datalayer & Conversion API)

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Collaborate with the Media and Data/Design Flow teams to transform Datalayer Documents into datalayer code that can be implemented on client websites or apps.
  • Develop and customize tracking implementations such as GA4, GTM, Facebook Pixel/Conversion API, TikTok Pixel, LINE Tag, etc.
  • Design and manage Server-side Tracking (GTM SS, Cloud Run, Stape, or other server-side solutions) to enhance data efficiency and reliability.
  • Work closely with clients and their development teams to integrate datalayer code and validate event tracking accuracy.
  • Debug and resolve tracking issues such as duplicate events, missing parameters, or event mismatches.
  • Research new MarTech / AdTech / Conversion API technologies and recommend practical applications to the team.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in JavaScript programming with a solid understanding of DOM and event handling.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and other tracking tools.
  • Hands-on experience in datalayer design and implementation.
  • Familiarity with or experience in Conversion API (CAPI) and Server-side Tracking.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, Webhooks, and server-side environments such as Node.js, Cloudflare Worker, or Google Cloud Run.
  • Skilled in debugging and QA of tracking events using browser dev tools, GTM debug mode, or tag checker tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL / BigQuery / Data Pipeline is a plus.

MEDIA PLANNING MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Remain in close communication with clients to comprehend their needs and specifications.
  • Provide excellent account servicing to ensure clients’ campaign deliver against expectations.
  • Collect and analyze market data.
  • Identify target audience, media usage trends, and market conditions to inform media planning decisions.
  • Plan, develop, present and execute online media campaigns in multiple channels.
  • Analyze media performance data and adjust media plans accordingly. Use data-driven insights to optimize media plans and ensure they meet clients' performance objectives.
  • Supervise team in managing the projects or campaigns.
  • Monitor the success of media strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide campaign reports with results, campaign conclusions and suggested optimizations
  • Evaluate media proposals and provide necessary support in the execution, managing and optimization.
  • Undertake administrative works e.g. Contract.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in media planning, preferably in a digital agency.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing media budgets.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital media platforms and ad optimization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and developing new business.
  • Passion for digital media and eagerness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
